The role

Stronachs LLP are currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join our well-regarded Commercial Property Team in our Inverness office.  Acting for clients from a variety of sectors, the role offers a varied workload including: landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, project due diligence and corporate support, property finance and licensing.  The Firm are committed to training and as a junior solicitor assisting a Partner in the team this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their career in a supportive and rewarding environment.   A competitive salary and excellent benefits package are offered.

Commercial Property Paralegal

The role

Stronachs LLP are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our well-regarded Commercial Property Team in our Aberdeen office. Acting for clients from a variety of sectors, the role offers a varied workload including but not limited to:-

• drafting dispositions, registration forms, advance notices and undertakings;
• ordering and reviewing searches;
• settling transactions;
• dealing with post completion matters/queries;
• assisting the team in general with administration, telephone calls, typing etc.

The role offers the opportunity to run your own caseload while also working with and providing support to the solicitors in the team. A competitive salary and excellent benefits package are offered.

Requirements

The role would ideally suit someone with previous experience of property transactions. Excellent communication skills are essential and you should be an enthusiastic team player. You should also be organised, with a good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Leasing Adviser

The role

Stronachs LLP are currently recruiting for a Leasing Adviser to join our highly experienced Residential Property team in our Aberdeen office. This fast paced role will cover all aspects of leasing residential properties including but not limited to:-

• Handling enquiries from landlords and tenants;
• Handling a portfolio of properties;
• Marketing properties to let;
• Arranging viewings of properties;
• Carrying out pre-tenancy checks;
• Preparing lease documentation;
• Coordinating repairs;
• Arranging property inspections;
• Processing rent payments; and
• Maintaining databases.

This is a full time position working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday and some additional hours may be required to meet client requirements. A competitive salary and excellent benefits package are offered.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills. A strong attention to detail and good organisation skills are essential. You should be IT literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook and be adept at learning new systems. Previous leasing experience is not required as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to obtain a relevant qualification under the National Approved Letting Scheme. A full clean driver licence is essential.

Office Assistant

The role

Stronachs LLP are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant for our Aberdeen office. The role will provide support and assistance to our Reception, Secretarial and Messenger teams. As such it will include a wide variety of duties such as covering reception, preparing and clearing meeting rooms, scanning, copying, filing, basic typing, collecting and delivering mail internally, making deliveries externally, sorting and franking mail. This is a full time position Monday to Friday working 8.30am to 5.15pm with 1 hour 15 minutes lunch break.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with a can do attitude. You should be friendly and confident and have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner. You should also be competent with using Microsoft Office applications and have accurate typing skills. A full clean driver licence is essential.
