Commercial Property Solicitor

The role

Stronachs LLP are currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join our well-regarded Commercial Property Team in our Inverness office. Acting for clients from a variety of sectors, the role offers a varied workload including: landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, project due diligence and corporate support, property finance and licensing. Requirements

The role would ideally suit an NQ or someone with up to 2 years’ PQE who has experience of commercial property work and an interest in developing their career in that area. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with good commercial awareness. You should have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Accounts Assistant

The Role

Stronachs LLP are currently recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant to join our Aberdeen office.

Working within our experienced Accounts team duties will include but not be limited to:-

• Checking invoices
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Checking online banking for payments
• Processing BACS, CHAPS and faster payments in online banking system
• Opening, closing and monitoring client designated accounts within the banking system
• Posting Firm and client entries in Envision
• Dealing with enquires from clients and taking card payments by phone
• Processing cheque requests
• Processing expenses claims
• General accounts duties

The role is 25 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays, absence and to provide additional assistance at year end and if necessary at month end. A competitive salary and excellent benefits package are offered.

Requirements

Previous accounts experience is essential and a background in a professional service organisation is desirable. You must have an excellent attention to detail. You should also have good communication skills and be a team player. You should be IT literate, particularly in using Excel, and experience of using Envision Practice Management system would be beneficial but is not essential as training in the Firm’s procedures and systems will be provided.
