Jamie has over seven years’ experience in corporate law, advising domestic and international clients in a wide variety of corporate, commercial and banking work with a focus on acquisitions and disposals.
He has worked with a broad range of corporate clients from large oil and gas service companies and large financial institutions, to local businesses and partnerships.
Jamie has a particular interest in joint ventures, corporate restructuring and reorganisations and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and banking documentation.
