Liane has over 15 years’ experience in the property sector and is Stronachs’ Leasing Manager, ensuring that the firm and its landlords comply with ever-changing legislation, and that our properties are managed properly.
She is the firm’s expert on leasing matters, with an in-depth knowledge of the current shape of the market - providing peace of mind to our landlords and ensuring our management service is second-to-none.
She enjoys meeting with new clients at their property or via video link to provide a valuation in-line with market conditions and advising them on what would be required to make their property attractive to potential tenants.
