Emily is an Associate in our Private Client team, specialising in estate planning, trust advisory, and the administration of high-net-worth estates. She provides strategic advice on Inheritance Tax mitigation, succession planning, and asset protection, supporting clients across generations to preserve family wealth.

Emily has significant experience obtaining Guardianship and Intervention Orders, including appearing in the Sheriff Court to secure long-term orders for young adults with learning difficulties and elderly vulnerable clients. She also advises on Powers of Attorney, supporting both UK-based and overseas Attorneys. In addition, she plays a key role in Trust administration, including compliance with the Trust Registration Service. Her technical expertise and ability to provide tailored, pragmatic solutions make her a trusted adviser to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
