Route map out of Covid-19 crisis : Residential Property
- Details
Based on the First Minister’s statement today and the document available on the Scottish Government website entitled “Scotland’s route map through and out of the crisis”, it would appear that consideration will be given to re-opening Scotland’s housing market during Phase 1 of the plan with a view to some restrictions in relation to house moves potentially being lifted in Phase 2.
Whilst the detail is not yet available as to exactly how and when these changes might take place, the Scottish Government route-map does offer some light at the end of the tunnel as regards a return to some level of activity in the foreseeable future, albeit subject to ongoing precautions in the interests of the health and safety of all concerned.
Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.
