Anya is a partner in the employment team and has more than 15 years’ experience of advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, as well as providing support in corporate transactions.
She has acted for a diverse client base ranging from small niche businesses to large corporate entities across a range of sectors including the oil and gas industry, agriculture, automotive, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, IT and professional services.
Dual-qualified in Scots and English law, Anya is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association and was a member of the working parties on the Government’s proposals for a new tribunal system in Scotland and the BIS call for evidence on dealing with dismissal and compensated no-fault dismissals for micro businesses.
