Claire is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team, having qualified in June 2023.

Claire has experience working on a range of civil matters including a broad range of commercial disputes, property litigation, insolvency and contentious executries.

She regularly advises and represents clients in the Scottish Courts, appearing frequently in the Sheriff Courts across Scotland. Claire works regularly with Counsel in proceedings raised in the Court of Session. In addition to representing clients in formal court proceedings, Claire is able to advise them in respect of their extra-judicial options and has a particular interest in utilising mediation where appropriate.
