Sophie is a solicitor in the Private Client team at Stronachs, after having completed her traineeship at the firm. Sophie specialises in private client work, advising individuals and families on Wills, Powers of Attorney, succession and tax planning including inheritance tax mitigation, trusts, and estate administration. She works closely with clients to ensure their affairs are structured in a clear and tax-efficient manner reflecting personal and family objectives. Sophie has a particular interest in family investment companies and their role in wider succession planning. Sophie is also a registered Notary Public.
