Emma has more than 14 years’ experience in commercial property, representing a broad range of clients from large public sector organisations to sole traders.

She has extensive experience dealing with matters including purchase and sale, development projects, planning, compulsory purchase, property finance, leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants, corporate mergers and acquisitions support.

She has a particular interest in complex title and development transactions, compulsory purchase matters and environmentally contaminated sites.

Emma completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) course at Robert Gordon University and was awarded a distinction.
