The Partners of Stronachs LLP wish to announce that Carol Crowther will be retiring as a Partner of the Firm with effect from 7 January 2021.  Carol has headed the Firm’s estate agency and leasing teams for many years and the partners and staff would like to take the opportunity to wish her all the best for the future. 

The Firm is pleased to announce that two new roles within the Firm’s estate agency and leasing teams, Estate Agency Manager and Leasing Manager, will be filled by two long-standing members of staff, Jacqui Dougray and Liane Munro respectively. 

Both have worked in the Firm for a number of years and have a great deal of experience in the estate agency and leasing markets.  The Partners look forward to Jacqui and Liane making a great success of their new roles in the sector in which they are known and well-respected.

“2020 has been an incredibly challenging year for all and our sector has been no different.  At times it may have appeared to the outside world that the housing sector was ‘closed’ but throughout we were working closely with our clients to ensure that they were up-to-date with the latest advice and we continued to move transactions along where possible.  The rental sector was, if anything, busier than ever with our team continuing to operate and oversee the day-to-day factoring issues but with enhanced safeguards and appropriate protocols implemented.”
