Stronachs LLP secures rankings across multiple practice areas and sees upwards of 20 lawyers from its Aberdeen and Inverness offices recommended in the 2025 edition of the Legal 500 guide.

Produced annually, the Legal 500 is the leading global publication for showcasing legal excellence, ranking law firms and lawyers based on extensive research and analysis.

The firm has once again been recognised and ranked for its work across Scotland in five key practice areas: corporate and commercial, energy and natural resources, private client, commercial property and dispute resolution.

All partners from Stronachs’ corporate and energy teams have been recommended again this year including retaining key rankings for both practice areas. Partner Callum Armstrong has been individually recognised as a ‘Leading Associate’ and partner Neil Forbes has been named to the Hall of Fame, a rare accolade that highlights his long-standing and exceptional contributions to corporate law. It is awarded to those who have received constant praise from their clients for continued excellence.

Building on the success from the Chambers High Net Worth Guide published earlier this year, the firm’s private client team has been ranked in two categories: Personal tax, trusts and executries and Contentious trusts and probate. The latter being a new entry for 2025.

Commenting on this year’s rankings, Partner, Neil Forbes said: “We are honoured to once again be recognised in the Legal 500. These rankings are a testament to the dedication of our teams across the firm, who consistently deliver top-quality advice and service to our clients.

“We take pride in being a trusted partner to our clients, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes.”

These results affirm Stronachs’ ongoing commitment to providing outstanding legal services to its clients across a wide range of sectors.
