Patrick is an Associate in our Corporate Team who advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including share or asset acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations, and commercial contracts.  

Patrick works with a broad set of clients, both domestic and international, with a particular focus on SMEs, academic spin-outs and owner-managed businesses in the oil & gas, technology, and renewables sectors.
