Having experience dealing with a diverse range of clients, Sarah advises on a variety of family related matters including financial provision on divorce, care arrangements for children, cohabitation and pre and post nuptial agreements. She is committed to the constructive and creative resolution of these matters for clients.

She is keen to explore alternative ways to resolve family issues, by bringing parties round the table to chair discussions, by pragmatically negotiating with agents, and discussing the potential and benefit for mediation between parties if appropriate.

Sarah has extensive experience appearing in the Sheriff Courts for a range of hearings, including Child Welfare Hearings, and has experience in instructing Counsel to appear in the Sheriff Appeal Court.
