William is Stronachs’ Company Registrar and leads the Company Registrar’s department. He has a strong focus on company law and advises on company incorporations, statutory compliance and all things Companies House. He also works closely with solicitors across the firm, providing support on ancillary documentation for a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions.

William qualified as a Paralegal in Company and Commercial Law in 2006 through the University of Strathclyde and is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal.
