David has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate law. He has particular expertise in corporate acquisitions/disposals, equity investment and banking, and is well known as a leading practitioner in those areas.

He continues to act for a diverse range of clients including privately owned companies, as well as those with investor backing, across a number of different industry sectors. David is ranked in the 2023 edition of Chambers for corporate/M&A, and is listed as a recommended corporate and commercial lawyer in the 2022 edition of Legal 500.

He first joined Stronachs as a partner in 1997, and was appointed head of the firm’s enlarged corporate department having brought with him the team from a rival firm.
