Kirsten advises on all aspects of private client law, with particular expertise in tax and succession planning (including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney) and the creation and administration of trusts.

Kirsten is a fully qualified member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). During her completion of the STEP Diploma, she was the recipient of two Worldwide Excellence Awards – one in Trust Law and Practice and the other for being the Top Scottish Student completing the Diploma in November 2016.

A graduate of the University of Aberdeen, Kirsten joined Stronachs as a trainee in 2011. She has now returned to the University of Aberdeen as a tutor on the Private Client elective of the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice.
