Colin, who leads Stronachs’ Inverness office, is a Solicitor Advocate with rights of audience in the Court of Session and Supreme Court.

With the benefit of many years specialising in dispute resolution, Colin has a wealth of experience advising individuals and businesses in relation to disputes, from contract issues to negligence claims. He has a particular interest in property related claims, regularly advising on commercial lease issues, ownership disputes and access disagreements. Colin is an active member of the Property Litigation Association.

As well as litigating in the Courts, Colin also guides clients through alternative means of resolving disputes, from negotiation to mediation and arbitration.

Much of Colin’s work is undertaken for clients in the energy, agriculture, construction and food & drink sectors.
