David has more than 35 years’ experience in corporate law. He has expertise in corporate acquisitions/disposals, equity investment and banking, and is well known as a leading practitioner in those areas.

He continues to act for a diverse range of clients including privately owned companies, as well as those with investor backing, across several different industry sectors.

He joined Stronachs as a partner in 1997 when, having brought with him a corporate team from his previous firm, was appointed head of Stronachs’ enlarged corporate department. In 2003 he was appointed to the role of joint Managing Partner and went on to be sole Managing Partner from 2008 until 2018 when he demitted that office and became a Consultant.
