Kirsten advises on all aspects of private client law, with particular expertise in tax and succession planning (including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney), the creation and administration of trusts and complex and contentious estates.

Kirsten is a fully qualified member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). During her completion of the STEP Diploma, she was the recipient of two Worldwide Excellence Awards – one in Trust Law and Practice and the other for being the Top Scottish Student completing the Diploma in November 2016.
