A Partner in the Commercial Property team, Liz has over 25 years’ experience assisting clients in a wide variety of commercial property transactions including purchases/sales, leasing, re-structuring and security work, development projects, servitudes, wayleaves, site assembly and support for company acquisitions/disposals.

Her client base is extensive and includes a variety of local, national and global entities. Renowned for her pragmatic, commercial approach, specific areas of expertise include commercial leasing, acquisition and disposal of property for development, option agreements, renewable energy projects and Joint Ventures, acquisition and disposal of investment portfolios and licensed premises.

Liz has also lectured the commercial property module of the Diploma in Legal Practice course at the University of Aberdeen. She holds an LBB Hons in both Scottish and English law.
