Jonathan is a Senior Solicitor in our Corporate Team who advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including share, asset, and business acquisitions and sales, company structure and reorganisations (with a particular focus on shareholder agreements), commercial contracts, and general partnership law including partnership agreements.

He also acts on behalf of both lenders and borrowers in a variety of banking and finance matters, with experience advising his clients on company and property re-financing, secured lending, and general corporate banking including business and asset financing.
Jonathan also has extensive experience in transactional commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing (acting for both investor landlord and occupational tenants), licensing and licensed premises, and option agreements.

He practises out of Stronachs’ Inverness office and acts for a broad variety of individuals and organisations local, national, and international. He brings a practical and commercially focused approach with an emphasis on approachability, enjoying building a rapport and lasting relationship with his clients.
