Residential Property
If you want to buy or sell a home, Stronachs’ residential property team has the best knowledge of the market across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
Our vastly experienced solicitors and sales negotiators are here for you – we take pride in delivering the most professional and personal service possible.
That approach has earned us the trust of generations of families, who return to us with every purchase, sale or new investment they make in property – and the recommendations of those we already work with mean our client base continues to grow.
Being proactive is crucial. Giving every property for sale the maximum exposure possible and helping buyers to find the perfect home are the foundations of our service.
Every home we offer for sale can be viewed on our bespoke property website as well as at the Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre or Highland Solicitors Property Centre, as appropriate.
