Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Aberdeen (with flexible remote working options)

The role

We have a new opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Solicitor to join our well-regarded, full-service Commercial Property team. In this dynamic role, you will represent a diverse range of clients and work on a varied workload, including:

• Commercial leasing
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development projects (including renewable energy option agreements, leases, and infrastructure projects)
• Project due diligence
• Corporate support
• Property finance
