Fixed-fee initial consultation
At Stronachs, we appreciate that unknown legal costs can be a potential factor and a difficulty for some individuals, particularly those who are facing a time of uncertainty following separation from their spouse or partner.
In order to try and alleviate some of that uncertainty we are able to offer a fixed-fee, one hour, initial consultation of £200 (inclusive of VAT) on all family law services, with an experienced family law Solicitor, where preliminary advice can be given on your individual circumstances.
If you then choose to instruct us further following the initial consultation, our usual hourly rates shall apply, but we shall advise you of the full details of same at the outset in order that you may plan your finances accordingly.
